Our role is clearly scoped before work begins. We work within agreed site rules and coordinate with the project team, while being transparent about specialist or regulated work that needs to be delivered by separately qualified providers.
Our exact service scope is confirmed for each project. We do not undertake regulated electrical, gas, structural, asbestos or specialist certified works unless expressly agreed in writing and delivered by appropriately qualified personnel.
