Payroll Without the Headache

Fully managed PAYE, CIS, pensions, and specialist payroll models - delivered on time, every time.

“We handle the complex bits so you can focus on growing your business.”

What We Do

Payroll is one of those jobs that absolutely has to be right, every single time. It touches HMRC, pensions, employee wellbeing, and your reputation as an employer. We exist to take that responsibility off your shoulders and put it into a managed, auditable, and predictable process.

We provide end-to-end payroll services designed for UK businesses that value accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Whether you’re paying a small office team once a month, managing a mixed workforce of PAYE staff and CIS subcontractors, or trying to juggle complex driver, care, hospitality, or offshore pay models, we build a payroll solution around the realities of your business rather than forcing you into a generic template.

Service 01

PAYE & RTI

We calculate net pay from gross, apply the correct tax and National Insurance, and submit Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC on or before each pay date. PAYE is the backbone of UK payroll, and it gets complicated quickly once you move beyond single-rate salaries - so we manage the full process through to payslip generation.

  • Monthly, weekly, and fortnightly payroll cycles
  • Salaried, hourly, zero-hours, and irregular schedules
  • Directors’ pay, bonuses, and statutory deductions
  • Clear pre-run summaries and post-run packs

Why Choose Us?

The UK payroll landscape is crowded, but most providers assume your workforce looks like a neat row of nine-to-five employees on simple contracts. Our clients rarely fit that definition.

We’re a good fit if

  • Mixed workforce types

Directors, employees, CIS subcontractors, agency staff, and contractors who need coherent treatment across PAYE, CIS, and pensions.

  • Specialist sectors

Transport and logistics, construction, hospitality, entertainment, care, agriculture, offshore, events, or security.

  • Proactive communication

Deadline reminders, pre-run summaries, and structured explanations rather than cryptic spreadsheets.

  • Compliance and documentation

Aligned with HMRC guidance, The Pensions Regulator rules, and UK GDPR - with evidence that stands up to scrutiny.

We combine HMRC-first thinking with sector-specific experience. That means we not only submit RTI and pension files on time, but also understand the practical realities of tachographs, sleep-in shifts, tronc schemes, rotation schedules, and multi-employer entertainment contracts.

How It Works

We keep the process simple so you can plug it into your existing workflows and software. We aim to give you a repeatable, transparent cycle: same steps, same touchpoints, same level of detail, every time.

1

Onboarding & Setup

Data, references, cut-offs

We collect your PAYE reference, Accounts Office reference, previous payroll data, pension scheme details, and current workforce information. We agree cut-off times, pay frequencies, and who signs off each run. If you already use software like BrightPay, Xero, Sage, or Moneysoft, we integrate our process around it rather than forcing you to change platform.

2

Payroll Cycle

Approve, run, submit RTI

Before each pay run, you send us changes: hours worked, mileage, night-outs, sleep-ins, tips, allowances, new starters, and leavers. We run the numbers, produce a pre-run summary, and send it to you for approval. Once approved, we lock the data, submit RTI to HMRC, generate payslips, update pension contributions, and produce journals ready for your accounting system.

3

Year-End

P60s, P45s, reconciliation

Throughout the year we monitor tax codes, thresholds, and regulatory changes (such as CIS nil return requirements, tip allocation rules, or minimum wage updates). At year-end we produce P60s, P45s, and any P11Ds, and ensure everything ties back to your RTI submissions and accounts.

Ready to Simplify Payroll?

You don’t need another piece of software; you need a partner who understands how payroll, pensions, and compliance fit together in your sector.
